- Board Certified Hematopathologists:
Ideal candidates would have two or more years of post-fellowship experience in diagnostic hematopathology. They must possess the ability to handle a significant volume of work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and demonstrate the willingness to become an integral part of a diagnostic team by frequently assisting oncologists and various other clinician customers in identifying a patients disease, determining prognostic outlook, and providing information to guide therapy. Relationship building skills are highly desirable as our focus is in the personalized medical oncology arena servicing clinicians treating hematologic disorders with the most advanced molecular and cellular techniques available. Interest in molecular pathology and coagulation is preferred but not required.
- Experienced Flow Cytometry Technologists: Full time and part time positions available.
Requirements:
Bachelor Science degree with certification as a MT (ASCP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Flow cytometry experience is preferred.
Job Summary:
The candidate will be working in the Flow Cytometry Section of the laboratory which focuses on high complexity leukemia/lymphoma testing. Responsibilities include sample preparation, acquisition and analysis with the ability to gate populations, and recognize an abnormal population as well as documenting quality control and ensuring overall laboratory quality.
There will be close collaboration with the hematopathology staff.
The qualified person must communicate effectively with all staff and exhibit sound independent judgment when operating laboratory equipment.

Experienced Medical Billing Manager: We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Billing Manager responsible for managing billing and collections for our laboratory in Tinley Park, IL.
Ideal candidate must possess the following required skills:
- Minimum 5-7 years of medical billing and coding experience. Candidate should have very strong medical billing and coding experience including excellent knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding and related guidelines.
- Minimum 3-5 of medical billing management and accounting/AR related experience.
- Must be Certified Professional Coder (CPC) by the American Academy of Professional Coders or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P) by the American Health Information Management Association or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or equivalent.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads in a constantly changing environment.
- Must have strict attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines each day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and very good word processing and typing skills.
- Superior working knowledge of insurance reimbursement and collection is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, proper form completion,
- Excellent knowledge of Medicare part B billing as well as commercial billing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
